Kitesurfing Experience Days: Do you want to defy physics by harnessing the power of nature? Kitesurfing is the sport for you! During this one-day experience, you will be taught everything you need to get a good feel for kitesurfing with the guidance of expert instructors.

Your kitesurfing experience will begin on land, with some simple trainer kite flying and theory as to how to generate power and harness the wind comfortably. Next, you’ll take a lunch break and re-fuel before donning your wetsuit. You’ll then take to the water for some one-to-one or small group coaching in the designated kite sport zone of Poole Harbour. This is the perfect environment to learn kitesurfing in, as it never gets too deep. You can stand up to put the skills you learned on land to use, move around the water, and practice the art of ‘body dragging’. Your instructor will adapt the session to everyone’s individual skill level and pace of learning. If you’ve picked it up quickly, they’ll encourage you to get as much as possible done during your one day session, ensuring you make the most of your time on the water!
